Latest Transfer Rumour - Arsenal are set to sign emerging star midfielder Pablo Saranova. Saranova is only 16-year-old and many has labeled him as the 'new' Cesc Fabregas. Arsenal has made an offer to sign him from Espanyol and they are very likely to sign him.
