Latest Transfer Rumour - Chelsea striker Didier Drogba have to reconsider his future after Guus Hiddink is said to freshen up his team with young stars. Hiddink revealed that he is eyeing Chelsea's younsters and consider selecting them to be in the first team. Drogba failed to shine in Premier League this season and Marseille have declared that are interested to bring Drogba back to his former club. He was also linked with a move to Inter Milan last summer.

Hiddink saw the second team played yesterday and revealed that Franco Di Santo and Miroslav Stoch are good players and also can be good additions for the first team.

Latest Transfer Rumour - Chelsea striker Claudio Pizzaro has revealed that he may return to the club. Only if he plays regular football. Pizzaro is currently on laon at Werder Bremen. He performed well with Werder Bremen and has proved his ability to score goals. He insisted that he will return to Chelsea not to be a substitute but to play regularly.

In an interview with El Comercio, Pizzaro said, "I need to play. I am not 22 or 23-years-old and prepared to say I will go to Chelsea to be on the bench. I am in good form to play, not to be a substitute."

Pizarro admitted that he has unfinished business in the Premier League. He still hopes he can win titles. "The English league is not a finished chapter, but I would have to think about going back to Chelsea. I want to play and win titles," he added.

Pizarro did not deny the possibility to move to Bremen permanently this summer. "If I am given an offer, I would think about that, but I am not in a hurry," Pizarro said.

"It is a possibility. I love this city, their people, the new guys I've met, the coach and the board. Playing here again is about more than football matters. I've been surprised by how much people love me here. It is amazing and I didn't notice that when I came here for the first time," Pizarro added.

However the move failed to materialized. Barry is holding out on signing a new deal which led to rumours suggesting he might leave the club this summer.

However, Villa's officials and players wants Barry to stay. Stiliyan Petrov has challenged his teammates to make Barry stays. Petrov reckons their success in Premier League and UEFA Cup can force Barry to stay.

Furthermore, Barry's decision to stay will influence many players in the squad to stay, even for Petrov.

Latest Transfer Rumour - Liverpool manager urged the club to sort a new deal out for him before it is too late. His contract with the Premier League side will end in summer of 2010. He insisted that they need to offer a new contract to him as soon as possible to sort out the team's long-term plan.

In an interview with The Guardian Benitez said, "Anyone that has just a year left on his contract does not have anything at all and I have only got a year and a half left. When people, either within the club or from outside it, realise that the manager only has that much time left then he is dead."

Benitez said his assistants' contracts will finish this June but still the club do not ofer them a new contract. He admitted that it is difficult for him to do the job properly if his assistants' job are not secured.

Beniztez also said that he has never asked for a complete control at the club. He only asked to have the power that ables him to make his own decision and manage the team as he thinks appropriate.

Latest Transfer Rumour - David Beckham's move to AC Milan is supported by his former manager at LA Galaxy Ruud Gullit. Gullit said LA Galaxy have no choice but to let Beckham joins Milan.

Beckham's move to Milan set to fall off after LA Galaxy and Milan did not come to an agreement and they have passed the Beckham-transfer-dateline set by MLS commissioner.

Gullit understand why Beckham wnts to join AC Milan. He supported Beckham's move to Milan because he know that Beckham wants to play at higher level.

"Galaxy know they would have a player who would be very disappointed that he was not allowed to stay at Milan. How do they think he will react? How would his colleagues react to him if he did come back?" he added.

Gullit said that it is interesting to see whether Beckham will perform at his best when he returns to LA. I'm guessing he won't. He cant perform at his best because MLS is not at his league.

Latest Transfer Rumour - Valencia's president Vicente Soriano has dismissed talk linking David Silva with Juventus. Juventus is willing to make a 30million euros bid for Silva.

Soriano was suprised when hear the story and insisted that there is no deal going on for Silva. Soriano stressed that Juventus did not submit any deal yet. He said that they have no intention to sell Silva.

"I was a little perplexed when I saw this information in the press. This is not true. Whoever said it has been misinformed," Soriano said.

Latest Transfer Rumour - Ex-Chelsea manager Avram Grant revealed that he is willing to be appointed as manager at Portsmouth. Grant was the second choice for the position, behind Sven Goran Eriksson.

60% of Portsmouth's fans want Grant to be appointed as manager. Grant had been the director of football at Portsmouth before he chose to go to Chelsea.

In an interview with Sky Sports 1's Goals on Sunday, he said that returning to manage a Premier League side is his current first priority. "Portsmouth was my first club when I came here to England. It is a fantastic club, I enjoyed being there and I have a lot of friends there still, but I don't know what will happen tomorrow," Grant said.

Latest Transfer Rumour - Arsenal is set to sign Yaya Toure. Yaya will be heading to Arsenal this summer. The Premier League side will offer Barcelona £12million to sign the midfielder.

Arsene Wenger is looking for a defensive midfielder to strengthen his squad and he has declared interest to sign Yaya Toure before. Yaya had a trial with Arsenal at the start of the 2005 season.

Yaya had once said, "It would be great to play in the Premier League and to team up with my brother would be just fantastic.”

Latest Transfer Rumour - Liverpool's keeper Pepe Reina is considering a move to Spain. Reina's father Miguel revealed that Reina is keen to sign with Atletico Madrid, the club that he supported since he was a child. However, Reina claims that his return to Spain is due to family reasons.

Miguel said that he will try to persuade his son to play for Atletico Madrid. "Pepe is crazy about playing for Atletico and I will try to convince him to move as soon as possible," Miguel said.

However the move is considered as unlikely as Liverpool will try their best to persuade Reina to stay.

Latest Transfer Rumour - Manchester City plan to hire ex-Chelsea manager Luiz Fillipe Scolari to replace Mark Hughes. The Premier League side plan to use Scolari to lure Kaka away from AC Milan.

Scolari is still in England waiting for his son to finish the school term. Scolari will stay in England for the next 6 months. City think that it is the best time for Scolari to learn about the language and English football. With his reputation and the ability to speak English well, he will be the perfect candidate for the job.

City owner Sheikh Mansour and chairman Khaldoon al Mubarek are keen to sign Kaka. They are ready to offer more than £100million to AC Milan. They plan to use Scolari's help to sign Kaka.

Kaka has made his first appearance for Brazil when Scolari acted as manager for the team. Brazil's players who play for City also have a good relationship with Scolari such Robinho and Elano.

Latest Transfer Rumour - Chelsea coach, Ray Wilkins has denied linking John Terry with a move to Manchester City. Wilkins said that Terry will not leave the Premier League side this summer. Rumours reported that Manchester City is ready to submit 20million bid for the defender.

WIlkins believe that Terry will stay at Chelsea. In an interview with Radio Five Live Wilkins said, "There must be some very wealthy clubs out there if you think John Terry is leaving. I would not think John will be going anywhere."

"He adores Chelsea, his family live in the area and he has everything he desires at Chelsea. I would expect him to start with us next season. That is an absolute certainty," Wilkins added.

There you have it. A statement from the coach. Well, it doesn't prove anything unless Terry come up and revealed his thoughts. I do believe that Terry is a loyal Chelsea player but with current problems, it's hard to stay whether he will stay or not.

Latest Transfer Rumour - David Beckham has admitted that playing for LA Galaxy was disappointing! In an interview with Daily Star, Beckham revealed that he is still looking for more success on the pitch but it will not going to happen with LA Galaxy. Beckham said that he had two disappointing seasons with LA Galaxy. He wants to stay with AC Milan.

However, Beckham said that his family has settled well in America and he is Happy for that.

In the interview, Beckham was asked whether he thinks that his move to LA Galaxy is a success, Beckham said, "Off the field, yes. On the field? Well, we haven’t even made the play-offs, so that’s the tough part." Obviously Beckham wants something more.

Beckham was signed from Real Madrid. He is currently on loan with Milan and hinted wants to stay permanently with the Serie A giant. Beckham revealed that Milan tried to sign him just before he left Real Madrid, but were too late.

Beckham is frustrated with LA Galaxy as they did not manage to win any silverware since he arrived. They did not even made the play offs.

"They might have been disappointing as we haven’t won anything or even made the play-offs, but there are really good people at the club," Beckham added.

Beckham said that he wants to stay with AC Milan because he wants to play at higher level. Beckham said, "I realised I wanted to stay with Milan pretty soon after I arrived, to be honest. It didn’t really enter my mind when I made the loan decision to stay there but after being there for a week and playing my first game, I realised I wanted to stay at that level."

Latest Transfer Rumour - Manchester City is said ready to offer £20million to Chelsea in order to sign John Terry. Manchester City will also offer a contract that even Terry will not resist - £150,000 a week! The speculation started when Terry is said to be unhappy at Chelsea.

Terry was reported upset when Chelsea sacks Luiz Felipe Scolari. There are too many things going on with the club at the moment - Players unsettled, he appointment of new manager.
£67million lost. Seems they are too much for the captain to handle. Terry is also said missing former assistant coach Steve Clarke and former managers Jose Mourinho and Avram Grant.

The speculation further heated up when Chelsea admitted that they have to sell players first in order to make new signings. £20million is more than enough.

In an interview with Daily Star Terry has urged other unsettled players to have a fresh start under Guus Hiddink. “Whatever the differences were, with every player or with the situation at the club, now is a fresh start. Players who weren’t in the side and complaining – it’s a chance for them,” Terry said.

Latest Transfer Rumour - AC Milan chief executive Adriano Galliani believes MLS decision to set a dateline over David Beckham was a tactic to force Beckham stays with LA Galaxy.

In an interview with Sky television, Galliani said, "In the meantime Beckham is here at Milan, we'll see what happens in a month or so. It's a tactic."

Beckham has hinted that he wants to stay with AC Milan. Ac Milan also wants him to stay but somehow the things got complicated.

MLS commissioner Don Garber set the dateline for the deal to complete. If it is not, then Beckham has to stay. The dateline is just a week after the speculation of Beckham permanent stay in Milan heats up. LA Galaxy's coach Bruce Arena said that the transfer was now off after the Serie A club failed to produce an 'acceptable offer'.

However Galliani still believes that Beckham will not return to USA and will stay with AC Milan. He admitted that Beckham is an indispensable player for Milan.

Latest Transfer Rumour - Ex-Chelsea Claude Makelele revealed that he is considering to retire from football. In an interview with L'Equipe magazine Makelele said, "I am going to finish the season and take some time to reflect."

He joined Paris St Germain from Chelsea last summer. He has to decide whether he wants to play more football this summer and did not denies the possibility to retire."If my children say to me, 'Dad, quit!', I will quit. But my decision will also depend on my desire and circumstances," Makele said.

"My chances of staying or quitting are 50-50," Makelele added.

It is sad to hear that another good player is considering to retire. :(

Latest Transfer Rumour - Blackburn's Roque Santa Cruz has admitted that he wants to move to a bigger club this summer. Other Premier League side, Manchester City had submitted bids to sign Santa Cruz in the last transfer window but Blackburn rejected their bids.

However he knows that he still has works to do in Blackburn. He is determined to help Blackburn stays on the top flight. In an interview with Fox Sports en Latinoamerica Santa Cruz said, "I felt I had needed to give back the club everything they gave me with more effort by playing another season."

He hinted that he is frustrated with Blackburn and wants to leave Blackburn. "Being threatened by relegation stopped me moving. My task at Blackburn is done, (the board) knew how I was thinking when I arrived to the club."

He admitted that his real intention to move to Blackburn was to be a competitive player again and then move to a big club. "I came here for continuity, to get up to pace again and I did pretty quickly. My intention was always to get in shape and then move to a big club," Santa Cruz said.

Latest Transfer Rumour - Ex-Chelsea's manager, Jose Mourinho thinks that one day, he will return to Chelsea. Mourinho is currently the manager of Inter Milan. Mourinho left the Premier League side in 2007 after had problems with Chelsea's owner Roman Abramovich.

In an interview with skysport.com Mourinho said, "If you ask me if one day I think I will return to Chelsea, I will tell you yes I think so, I think so because we were so happy together."

He said that he still supports Chelsea. With the current problems at Chelsea, he wishes them all the best and hope they can win trophies. He admitted that Chelsea is a special club for him.

"I belong to their story, they belong to my story so I am not enjoying this period where they have had several managers in one year and a few months. I hope they find stability and go back to (winning) trophies," Mourinho said.

I think Chelsea's fan would love to see Mourinho back with Chelsea. Mourinho managed to win 2 Premier League title in his three years spell with Chelsea. However he failed to bring entertaining football to Chelsea. But again, results are that matters. There is no doubt that he is the special one.
