Latest Transfer Rumour - Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich would like to freshen up his team with young players. In order to do that he plans to show the door out for players over 30-year-old including Michael Ballack, Didier Drogba, Deco, Juliano Belletti, Paolo Ferreira and Hilario.

Only Frank Lampard and Ricardo Carvalho are staying put because of their consistent and impressive performance for the club.

A source close to Abramovich said that Abramovich is frustrated after the club had failed to win the Premier League title in three years in a row.

He thinks that it is time to revitalise the squad with young players and sell players over 30.

Money gained from selling the playrs can be used to buy young and talented players.

Ballack, Drogba, Deco, Fereira and Hilario have been very disappointing this season and it is very likely that Chelsea will sell them at the end of the season.

Drogba has been heavily linked with a move to Marseille, Inter Milan and Manchester City. Ballack is linked with his former club Bayrn Munich recently.

The source also said that the club will also listen to offers for players who failed to perform well including Florent Malounda, Branislav Ivanovic and Salomon Kalou.

Latest Transfer Rumour - Chelsea striker Didier Drogba have to reconsider his future after Guus Hiddink is said to freshen up his team with young stars. Hiddink revealed that he is eyeing Chelsea's younsters and consider selecting them to be in the first team. Drogba failed to shine in Premier League this season and Marseille have declared that are interested to bring Drogba back to his former club. He was also linked with a move to Inter Milan last summer.

Hiddink saw the second team played yesterday and revealed that Franco Di Santo and Miroslav Stoch are good players and also can be good additions for the first team.

"I think that even if you are a big club, and even if the first team is settled, you must always create some space for youngsters. They are always promising and that is why we always have to keep an eye on them," Hiddink said.

Giddink was asked about the first-teamprospect for Stoch too. Hiddink said, "He is a good guy. There are more young good guys and, of course, Ray Wilkins and I are talking a lot about this. If they have the quality to come in, we won't hesitate to do so."

Latest Transfer Rumour - Marseille insisted that they will do everything they can to bring Didier Drogba back to Marseille. Drogba revealed that his heart is still with Marseille and would love to finish his football career in Marseille. However, he might not get the salary that he currently earns at Chelsea.

Marseille president knows that the possibility to sign Drogba is low but insisted to do everything he can to bring Drogba back to Marseille. In an interview with 10 Sport, he said "Each time I see him, I say to him, 'Now Didier, get your bags together and come back here!"

Diouf accepts the fact that Marseille cannot match Drogba's salary at Chelsea. However he believes that Marseille can still land the Ivory Coast striker. He said, "You can't exclude thinking of other scenarios, like the boy accepting a pay cut, or efforts on our part."
