Latest Transfer Rumour - Blackburn Rovers are planning to sign Djibril Cisse and set to pay £10million for the striker. The Premier League side is looking for Roque Santa Cruz' replacement after Santa Cruz admitted that he wants to leave Blackburn this summer.
