Sven Goren Eriksson has hinted last night that he may return to the Premier League with Portsmouth. Last night's defeat against USA may cost him the job and forced him to look for a job elsewhere.
Eriksson said, "The Premier League is of course a possibility in the future, if they still want me. Anything is possible, but as things are in today's football I've stopped making plans for the future. Life goes up and down fast in this sport, tomorrow you suddenly don't have a job, the day after you have a super job."
Eriksson said that he won't mind being linked with clus from BPL such as Chelsea and Portsmouth. "It would have been worse if my name never was linked to clubs looking for managers," he said.
